NOI: PROSPECT Program: Providing Opportunities for Specialized Education in Critical Technologies

The grant's focus on specialized education in critical technologies only partially aligns with the church's community programs. While the church has youth and education initiatives, the grant's lack of clear description and eligibility criteria introduces uncertainty. The church has the capacity to manage smaller grants but faces challenges matching the program's technical focus and navigating potential federal complexities.
