Foundations for Operating the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource: the NAIRR Operations Center (NAIRR-OC)

The grant focuses on artificial intelligence research infrastructure, which does not align with the church's mission of community service, youth programs, or benevolence. The church lacks relevant programs and the technical expertise required for such a grant. While the church has administrative capacity for local initiatives, federal grants of this nature pose significant complexity.
