Improved Oil and Gas Recovery and Produced Water Management Technologies

The grant focuses on oil and gas technologies, which doesn't align with Echo Meadows' mission of community service, youth programs, or benevolence. Their current programs don't relate to energy research. While the church has administrative capacity for local initiatives, this federal grant's technical focus and potential complexity make it a poor fit.
