FY26 DEFENSE ESTABLISHED PROGRAM TO STIMULATE COMPETITIVE RESEARCH (DEPSCoR) CAPACITY BUILDING (CB)

The grant's focus on scientific research capacity building has no alignment with the church's mission areas of community service and religious programs. There is no existing program match, and the church lacks relevant expertise. While the church has administrative capacity for smaller local grants, this federal research grant is overly complex and outside their scope.
