BJA FY 2026 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program

The grant focuses on substance use programs, which only partially aligns with Echo Meadows' existing community and youth initiatives. While the church has volunteer capacity and benevolence programs, there's no existing substance abuse focus. Federal grants are complex and the amount/program fit are uncertain.
